I'm posting new prices heading into the winter season.
These are discounted prices and are only being offered to friends and through advertised ads.

HERE'S HELP TO FIGURE OUT YOUR OWN ESTIMATE;

10' x 10' rooms = $200 (Normally $250-$400) (8ft ceiling) or
Every 10' of wallspace you walk, $50 (which = $5/ft)

ceiling = $1.00 per sq/ft. 10' x 10' = $100

Trim = $1.25/ft. Trim around a 10' x 10' room (40ft) = $50

Doors = $25 per side. With trim = $35

Windows cost more. Please send photos for a quote.

Take into consideration that I'm trying to save you time.....and I'm blunt and honest enough to post my Craigslist prices online, and, I'm risking the lowballers posting a pricing numbers game. These are great prices. Realize that people may say anything to get inside your house. BE CAREFUL PEOPLE.

Apartment Turns - Redo

$300 for 8 rooms plus hallway, minimum cutting in, light wall repair.
2 bedrooms, 2 closets, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, L.R., hallway. 8ft ceilings.

Paint prices not included (SEE BELOW)

I let the customer pick and pay for their own paint.

I offer the list of Consumer Products tested results, which recommends paints that cost MUCH LESS
(ave. $20/gallon)
than Benjamin Moore ($40-$55/gallon) and
Sherwin Williams paints ($38-$45/gallon) which most painters use.

The paints they recommend, covers in one coat instead of two and saves you alot of money on paint and labor charges.

However plenty of people want the best paint money can buy so I have 2 pages of how all the paint companies tested in many categories, and the prices for you to pick from. I'll pick up the paint and I have complete painting samples for 4 companies.
If you don't care about brands, I'll pick the paint out for you, but you pay for it.
