Management: responsible for maximizing profit in the store, supervising a team of associates, overseeing sales, merchandise presentation and customer service within the store.
Visual Merchandiser: responsible for the creation of visual direction for the company, create compelling visuals in order to keep the store looking new and updated
Sales Associate: provide a complete shopping experience for customers, including product knowledge, customer service, merchandising, and maintenance.
Stock: Making Sure all Shipment is properly processed. Ensure the stock roon is maintained in a safe and organized condition.
House Keeping: Is responsible for maintaining a neat and orderly, well-merchandised store.
Job Requirements:
Management: 3 years of retail experience (2 being supervising), able to provide motivation and leadership, excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to work tactfully in a fast paced environment
Visual Merchandiser: 2-3 years of experience in junior apparel retail environment detail oriented, able to work flexible and extended hours
