Update: 8/30/2009 Lil' H is really getting big! He/she is still too young to know if it's a male or female. The good news is that Lil' H is using the poopy box more now. Just a small plastic box with water in it and Lil' H will soak in it, then poop! Not to say that there haven't been a few "accidents" on the floor of the tank. And Lil' H is not quite as frightened of human contact as before. He/she still needs a lot more handling before he/she will be considered tame.
