Must have a book of business.
Commission and Bonus’
YOUR DUTIES:
*Develop a client base of real estate agents and mortgage brokers.
*Seek out realtors and mortgage brokers in need of the best title services available
Resources and contacts are made available.
*Clear title work to assure there are no defects, judgments, encumbrances, liens, etc against the property, which would prevent correct ownership.
*Prepares documents to transfer property to new owner.
*Provides escrow services to disburse funds between all the parties involved in the real estate transaction.
*Act as the transaction manager, handling the accumulation, execution and recording of necessary documents for all parties.
*Package all documents for return to appropriate parties.
