* { font:inherit; } Meet Zakk!Zakk is a wonderful boy who is in need of a FOREVER home. He is just over 2 years old and weighs in at just over 50 lbs. Zakk is very sweet and lovable. He has a lot of energy would benefit from a home with a fenced yard or someone who would exercise him at the level he needs.Update from Zakk's foster:Zakk is very playful and does well with the family dog in his foster home. He doesn't like cats. He is very energetic and doesn't know his own strength. He's fully house trained and crate trained. He knows how to sit, stay, down, and shake. He would do best with an active family. He has a blast at the dog park, and is learning how to run along the bike for bike ridesLike many boxers and boxer mixes, he needs someone who will be his pack leader. If you are not the boss, he will be. Zakk loves car rides and going for walks! He's also a snuggle butt and loves to cuddle! He gets along great with the resident dog. He walks pretty well on leash with and without the Gentle Leader but he still needs some work.Zakk does fine with teenagers, but not with young children. The unpredictable behavior of younger children makes him nervous. So, no children under age 12.
