Tabby - Orange - Medium - Adult - Male - Cat - Maynard
Description
Maynard arrived at the shelter on 4/9/08. He was found in the country. He's about 5 to 6 years old and is a small, friendly neutered male. Maynard does have a special need due to some type of allergy that causes him to lose large patches of fur. It appears to be a seasonal type of allergy and not related to his diet. He has been receiving steroid shots and doing very well with them, though starts losing his fur again when the shot wears off. He is very friendly and sweet and needs an understanding owner who can help him with his medical problem. To see Maynard or any of our wonderful cats at the shelter please come to one of our open houses, Tuesdays from 4:30 - 6pm or Sundays from 2 - 4pm. All our cats/kittens are up to date with shots, spayed or neutered, tested negative for feline leukemia/feline aids, and socialized. We adopt our cats/kittens to indoor homes only.
