Wildman came to us in 11/05. He was trapped in a live trap at the Humane Society quite accidentally when we were trying to catch a different cat. He was very afraid of people when he first came to the shelter, but has changed considerably in the two plus years he's been at the shelter. He is incredibly sweet and gentle and loves attention. He enjoys being pet and purrs a lot. He is nervouse when picked up, but perhaps this will change with time once he is in a home. He's been living at the shelter for close to 3 years to his new owners will need to be patient with him as it may take some time to adjust to a new home. This gentle, loveable guy is worth it though! To see Wildman or any of our wonderful cats at the shelter please come to one of our open houses, Tuesdays from 4:30 - 6pm or Sundays from 2 - 4pm. All our cats/kittens are up to date with shots, spayed or neutered, tested negative for feline leukemia/feline aids, and socialized. We adopt our cats/kittens to indoor homes only. Thanks for looking. Adoption fee is $75.
