Vintage Early ‘60s Child’s Electric Iron & Board

This is a vintage early 1960s real electric iron and ironing board child set. Still in original box. Has had one owner – me!

The iron is plastic and metal, and really heats up (still works!). There is a dial with pretend “settings” and 4 plastic push buttons: Dry, Spray, Spray-Steam, Steam. The iron is in great condition. All writing is still there, all buttons and dial. Might be missing a piece up front, as there are two holes that I suspect hold a piece of plastic. A little scuffed up but in excellent condition for its age.

The ironing board is made of tin, and still has the original ironing board cover. There are three height positions available. Both are in fantastic condition (no stains, or dents).

The box is in great condition, considering its age. There is one tear on one side of box, otherwise just a little dirty from 40+ years of storage (and I wrote my name on bottom of box, but not very noticeable (sorry!).
